Coaching Certification

Are you already certified or partly certified and have an NCCP #, login here: https://nccp.baseball.ca/index.php

To qualify as a coach with Fredericton Minor Baseball each candidate must:

1. Register as a Coach on RAMP.
2. Provide a Criminal Record Check and Vulnerable Sector Screening (CRC/VSS).
3. Register and complete required courses through the Baseball Canada NCCP site.
4. Register and complete SafeSport Training at Coach Association of Canada.

1) Register as a Coach on RAMP

1. Click here and login
2. Click 'Coach/Staff Registration'
3. Pick the appropriate level and position then verify the information is correct as you register.
4. If your CRC/VSS or NCCP # (enter 0) is not available it can be added later.

2) Provide a Criminal Record Check and Vulnerable Sector Screening (CRC/VSS)

1. CRC/VSS should be less than 3 years old by the end of season
2. City residents can apply online for a CRC/VSS - here, non-residents will need to visit their local RCMP
3. If your CRC/VSS is not available during registration email it to fmbacoach@gmail.com
   
   

3) Register and complete required courses through the Baseball Canada NCCP site

1. Register with Baseball Canada NCCP - Baseball Canada Coaches - Register (Cost $37.45) to access required online courses.
2. Complete required courses based on division below
   
   

4) Register and complete required SafeSport Training at Coach Association of Canada

1. Register with Coach Association of Canada
2. Complete SafeSport Training
